●During my recent
visit to Las Vegas, my son and I
decided
to
take
one of the Grand Canyon tours, not knowing which
tour company to choose, we just picked one which
happened to be SWEETours from a sales woman who
was in front of the Fashion Show Mall. We booked
our tour for Saturday 6/21, we were picked up
from our hotel the MGM in a timely manner, and
boarded another bus which would take us on our
journey to Grand Canyon South Rim. Our
driver/tour guide Eric has such a great
personality, very entertaining and was
informative as we rode through the beautiful
scenic Arizona. The trip was long but worth
every moment, and words can't explain the beauty
of the Grand Canyon. I was pleased with
your company tour and looking forward booking
another tour on my next visit to Las Vegas.

recently spent a week in Vegas. during
that period we took 2 of your tours. One to the
Hoover Dam and the other was to the Grand
Canyon. I want to compliment you on the
quality of your staff. It was because of
your tour guides that made our trip over and
above one's expectation. They were kind
and just fun to have on the bus. It is rare to
have the opportunity to see individuals work so
very hard at their jobs. They are an
"asset" to your company. I would also be

●My Mother and I visited Las Vegas in July 2008,
and had a chance to book a Grand Canyon tour
with your company. It was on July 18th,
and we toured the South Rim of the Grand Canyon
(along with stops at the Hoover Dam).
We had an exceptional, and I mean,
exceptional
tour guide assigned to us that day, and because
of her, this was probably the best money spent
while on our vacation. Her name was Luana, she
was a Hawaiian-born woman who had moved to the
Las Vegas area 8 years prior, and she was just
spectacular. Not only was she very funny, but
she talked to our group and educated us on so
much about Las Vegas, its history and its
future, as well as, the Hoover Dam, the Grand
Canyon and everything in between. She is a
credit to your company, and you should be very,
very grateful to have her on your team. Because
of Luana, not only will we recommend your tour
company to our many other friends who visit Las
Vegas, regularly, but we will also book with you
again in hopes that all your tour guides will be
of Luana’s caliber.
Luana made a
very long trip (almost 4 hours there and back)
extremely pleasant, as she told wonderful
stories along the routes-she is really filled
with very good information, as well as, kept the
mood light with her funny jokes. Not an easy
feat to match if you think about it—keeping a
group of strangers entertained for 8 hours, but Luana did it with ease. When we returned to Las
Vegas, my Mother and I took all the great
information Luana had provided about the city
of Las Vegas and applied it! I had been to Las
Vegas before but had never seen Fremont Street,
nor known of the many free, entertaining shows
the strip hotels had to offer. All of our
activities came off the heels of the information Luana provided during our tour of the Grand
Canyon. It was my Mother’s first visit, and she
was raving that the Grand Canyon tour was her
favorite part of our stay in Las Vegas. Luanna
made our trip to Las Vegas very memorable--not
only with her wonderful skills as a tour guide,
but also with invaluable information she
provided about the city itself, and all it had
to offer –not many tourists get that type of
inside information. Please let Luana know she
made the trip of two New York City women very
memorable and fun!! Your company is lucky to
have Luana. You should do everything you can
to keep her on staff, as well as have others
aspire to be more like her if they decide to
become a tour guide for SWEETours.
